Contact usStuart has close to a decade of mining-focused executive search experience. Throughout his career, Stuart has worked as a mining recruitment specialist and has managed search assignments across six continents, twenty-three countries, and with twenty-five different commodities.
His experience spans the globe as he has partnered with mining owners’ teams, as well as mining streaming firms, EPCMs, and OEMs. He specialises in search assignments that are all white-collar positions, ranging from CEO’s to Project Directors to Mine Engineer’s. Stuart operates as a trusted and strategic partner providing consultative advice on all aspects of mining recruitment. Stuart has a Degree in Public Relations and is passionate about working closely with mining companies to help them overcome their recruitment hurdles and meet organisational goals.
Stuart will be personally managing all aspects of the XG search campaigns as well as overseeing the implementation of XG Rostering.
James is a co-founder of Mirus Works which is a is a comprehensive rostering software tool that provides real-time data and award interpretation which helps reduce unplanned overtime wage costs, saves you time managing rosters and enables a more engaged, more connected workforce.
Before Mirus Works, James enjoyed successful careers at PwC Consulting and, the Natwest Group in the UK. James has joined the Xanda Group as a Director as part of the strategic and exclusive partnership between Xanda Group and Mirus Works. James will be working with the organisation to role out the software across the mining industry globally.

Robert was born in Ohio and immigrated to Australia in 2006. Robert has joined the Xanda Group as a Director as part of the strategic and exclusive partnership between Xanda Group and Mirus Works. Rob will be working with the organisation to role out the software across the mining industry globally.
