Stuart specialises in roles with ASX, TSX & TSX-v listed companies. He has partnered with mining owners’ teams, as well as mining streaming firms, EPCMs, and OEMs. Stuart operates as a trusted and strategic partner providing consultative advice on all aspects of mining recruitment. Stuart has a Degree in Public Relations and is passionate about working closely with his clients to help them overcome their recruitment hurdles and meet organisational goals.
Greer has over a decade of technical search, mining recruitment, mining contractor and RPO experience. Greer has made a large volume of placements in APAC, Europe, Africa & North America with ASX Listed companies.
As a stand-alone subject matter expert within mining talent acquisition, Greer’s role revolves around delivering strategic and impactful talent to clients for hard to find roles. Greer has a Masters in Human Resources Management from Curtin University and is based out of the Xanda Group Perth office.
Shareen has five years of mining recruitment experience across Australia and South Africa, and has worked exclusively in mining throughout her career.
She has delivered both RPO programmes and single-search assignments, working internally within client teams and as an external consultant. Shareen recruits across white collar and blue collar roles, from corporate and professional functions to operators, trades, technical specialists and site leadership. She has extensive international recruitment experience, including visa processes and site mobilisation, and supports candidates from offer through to arrival on site, ready to work. Shareen is based out of the Xanda Group Johannesburg office.
Kysa has over six years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, recruitment support, and administrative operations across various industries.
She brings expertise in content creation, campaign coordination, community engagement, scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day client support. She also has a strong interest in branding, creative strategy, and digital tools that help businesses improve workflow efficiency, strengthen online presence, and connect more effectively with their audience.
